BIBLIOMETRIK DAN KAJIAN PUSTAKA TENTANG RISET TRANSFER EMBRIO PADA SAPI PERAH: SATU DEKADE TERAKHIR DALAM DATABASE SCOPUS

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah mengeksplorasi dan menyajikan data tren penelitian tentang transfer embrio (TE) 10 tahun terakhir pada database scopus untuk stakeholder pada industri perah di Indonesia. Kajian pustaka dilakukan dengan penelusuran ilmiah dalam Google Scholar, skimming dan seleksi, serta sintesis kajian. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan dengan penelusuran ilmiah pada database scopus dengan kata kunci ("embryo transfer") AND ("dairy" OR "cattle" OR "cow" OR "bovine"), ekstraksi (limit to and exclude), analisis dengan Vosviewer dan RStudio, dan sintesis kajian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kajian TE pada sapi perah mulai meningkat kembali pasca Pandemi Covid 19 (2022). Publikasi artikel TE tertinggi berdasarkan author adalah PS Baruselli dan PJ Hansen, berdasarkan institusi adalah University of Florida, berdasarkan negara adalah Brazil, berdasarkan benua adalah Amerika. Publikasi dengan korespondensi Indonesia baru tercatat sebanyak 2 dokumen. Berdasarkan kata kunci, objek penelitian berupa “female” dan “animal” adalah yang paling banyak muncul. Selain itu, kata kunci embryo transfer dan pregnancy merupakan metode dan output penelitian yang paling banyak muncul. Berdasarkan sebaran kepadatan, kata kunci yang paling ideal pada tren terkini adalah “in vitro fertilization” dan “blastocysts”, sedangkan yang paling potensial untuk mendapatkan riset gap dan novelty adalah “genetic”, “genotype”, “genomics”, “clanixin”, “analogs and derivates”, dan “anti-inflammatory agents”. Prosedur aplikasi TE meliputi superovulasi induk donor, inseminasi buatan, koleksi embrio, dan transfer embrio ke induk resipien. Masing-masing tahapan memiliki potensi kajian penelitian yang beragam. Penelitian TE pada sapi perah di Indonesia masih sangat terbatas, sehingga potensial di kembangkan. Kajian ini memiliki riset gap dan potensi novelty yang beragam berdasarkan pada kondisi di Indonesia, serta hasilnya akan sangat bermanfaat untuk mendukung pengembangan industri ternak perah di Indonesia.
