Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan daun jeruk purut (Citrus hystrix) dalam air minum ayam petelur sebagai water additive. Daun jeruk purut merupakan sumber flavonoid berguna sebagai antioksidan. Hasil analisa proksimat menunjukkan bahan kering 90,88%, kadar abu 13,03%, protein kasar 13,29, lemak kasar 2,18 %, serat kasar 27,81, kalsium 3,794%, fosfor 0,160%, dan energi bruto 4531,276 Kcal/gram. Simpulan daun jeruk purut dalam air minum sebagai water additive dapat digunakan pada ayam petelur.
